 Michael Fedun
At Sobel & Co., Mr. Fedun specializes in the nonprofit sector. His clients include: Catholic Charities, Patriots Path Council, Share and Care Foundation of India, the CJ Foundation for SIDS, NJ Tap Dance Ensemble, the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and Visiting Homemaker Services of Warren & Hudson Counties.
Mr. Fedun evaluates organization's internal controls, policies and procedures to understand and evaluate the flow of financial data and reviews clients' financial statements, schedules and processes. He also provides comments on improving the controls in place to mitigate errors in financial presentations in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
