Elie Porter Trubert

Elie Porter Trubert is an independent consultant to the nonprofit sector. Her areas of expertise include fundraising and special events, grant writing, public relations and communications and Web 2.0. She has been active in the non-profit field for over fifteen years, and is well-respected for her work with New Jersey arts organizations.

Before becoming a consultant, Elie was the Director of Development and Communications at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, the Arts Council of the Morris Area and the Hunterdon Art Museum. She currently serves on the grant review panel of the Arts Council of the Morris Area to administer local arts grant funds from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. Clients served include: New Jersey State Museum, South Orange Performing Arts Center, George Street Theatre, North Jersey Resource, Conservation & Development and the Arts Council of the Morris Area.

Elie holds a B.A. from Kenyon College.
