Laurie Roemmele-Roberts, Ph.D., has her doctorate in Organizational Development. Her past research and experiences have enabled her to be adept at discerning an organization's strengths and challenges using a holistic approach, and by examining the entire organization's culture, structure, and capabilities. She is now in her 19th year of consulting. Dr. Roemmele-Roberts' company, PEQ, has facilitated a wonderful career working with non profit agencies, school districts, and healthcare organizations. She is quite humbled by the numerous accolades she has received regarding her entertaining and professional presentation skills as a trainer/facilitator. She is also passionate about all the projects in which she is engaged, and therefore, participants and clients are always intrigued and motivated to learn while making great changes in their respective organizations. Dr. Roemmele-Roberts has also experienced tremendous success as a grant writer; fundraiser; strategic planner; team-building specialist; curriculum and evaluation expert; Board development consultant; and coach to many local and state leaders. She has worked as an evaluator for the NJ Departments of Education and Labor, United Way, and other funders to ensure their investment is producing significant outcomes. She continually looks forward to working with organizations as a true collaborator in service to others. She writes: "Service to help others is the greatest benefit I receive from my work, and it definitely manifests itself through my commitment and work, and of course, the fun I have doing it !!" Dr. Roemmele-Roberts resides in northern NJ with her husband and two young sons, 10 and 5.
