Les Loysen is the principal of the Consulting firm, Consulting Services for Non-Profit Organizations, Middletown, NJ, which he founded in 1993. The firm specializes in Annual Giving, Board Development, Strategic Planning and Non-profit organization management.

Mr. Loysen, a recognized leader in non-profit management and fund raising training, is Past-President of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, New Jersey Chapter. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School at Seton Hall University's Center for Public Service where he teaches Resource Development and Grantsmanship and is a Senior Consultant for the Partnership in Philanthropy, Chatham, NJ.

Mr. Loysen, a Graduate of the University of Rochester, has earned a Master's Degree in Non-Profit Agency and Fund Raising Management from the New School for Social Research in New York City, where he was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate Student in his class. He and his wife, Sharon, reside in Middletown and are the parents of 2 children.
