Paul B. Mott Jr. is a veteran of seven PIP assignments. Most noteworthy have been assignments with the Tourette Syndrome Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey Agricultural Society.
Paul has been active for thirty years in the non-profit field as executive director of several private and corporate foundations, including 25 years as executive director of the F. M. Kirby Foundation in Morristown and 13 years in a similar capacity at the S&H (corporate) Foundation in New York City. A featured speaker and panelist, he has assisted several smaller foundations and corporations with their contributions efforts.
Paul has also been a member of a number of non-profit boards, including the Pinelands Preservation Alliance, where he headed the development committee, and the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. He has served as head of the development committee for other organizations as well.
Prior to retirement, Paul spent two years as Director of Alumni Relations at The Lawrenceville School directing the annual ($3 million) fund drive.
