Heather Robinson Heather Robinson is in her fourth year at Partnership in Philanthropy, a nonprofit that provides fundraising and board development training for struggling nonprofits. Heather served as PIP's Marketing & Development Director for three years and has recently been promoted to the position of Executive Director where she will be responsible for administering the PIP program, selecting worthy nonprofits to receive PIP's two-year fundraising consultancies and training the PIP consultants they are matched with as well as having direct involvement in the marketing of PIP's services and programs to New Jersey's nonprofit community, writing grants and developing partnerships with the New Jersey funding community. Heather comes to PIP as the former Executive Vice President of The Drucker Foundation in New York, an organization whose mission was to strengthen the leadership of the social sector by providing nonprofit executives with essential leadership wisdom, inspiration and resources. Before moving to New York City, Heather was the Director of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, Boston, which funds legal services to the poor. Heather received her B.A. in Art History from George Washington University and her M.A. in Museum Administration from Seton Hall University. She is a volunteer with the Junior League of Summit, Chatham Recreation and the Girls Scouts. She has two daughters. Joyce Wackenhut Joyce Wackenhut, in her fourth year at Partnership in Philanthropy, wears many hats including program administration, maintaining PIP's fundraising and outcomes measurement databases, and supporting PIP's development, marketing and program activities. She has over 25 years of program development and coordination, research, training, fundraising and community outreach experience in the education, corporate and nonprofit sectors including workshop design and facilitation, teaching, special events, writing, quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, presentations, and advertising strategy development. Joyce received her B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College and her Ph.D. from City University of New York. Joyce is a single mom who lives in Bridgewater with her teenage son and their three inscrutable cats (Ollie, Benji and Graycat). Her interests include biking and hiking, and recently, she has begun to tutor grade school and high school students in several subjects.
