The Art of the Ask

The first part of the workshop focuses on best ways to position your organization to solicit major gift support and what is most effective and appropriate for each "ask". The second part of the workshop is a coaching session on face-to-face solicitation, preparation for the "ask" and role play to learn the best tactics for asking for donations.

When you wrote that last proposal you prayed they would skip over the program evaluation part, didn't you? Now they really want you to submit evaluation reports and your own language is coming back to haunt you. This session will outline the necessary steps and strategies for good program evaluation. It will help you customize strategies for your particular programs and make them easy to implement. It will also get you ready for that next grant by designing program evaluation based on desired outcomes and measurable results.
